I had a bit to bang on about these past few days on this here website (more so than usual, actually) but the arrival of a 1 Terabyte external hard drive has seen me sorting out the music collection and attempting the placement of my entire library (or the majority of it) onto said drive.

Stuff is on its way though.  For the impatient Lady Gaga fans, my interview with her is coming in the first week of September to coincide with the Australian album release.  Sorry kids, but seeing as this is an Australian site and all…  Oh, I went and saw Tame Impala, Ladyhawke and Van She play on Friday night for the Club Mod Tour, so a review of that with pictures is on its way.  Ladyhawke was AMAZING by the way, and an absolute doll as well.  Managed to have a chat with her after the show and I swear to god, the girl is seriously my latest non-sexual female crush ala Amelle Sugababe and Miss Connie of the Sneaky Sound System.  Incredible women I would be in love with on a higher level Were I Into That Sort Of Thing.

Anyway, until I get my shit sorted out, here is a Lovely Photo Indeed of ARIA chart toppers Van She and I in the green room (?) of The Prince Bandroom on Friday night after their set.  Would you believe this is the first time I’ve managed to round the four of the boys up together for a photo with ALL of them?  Many pictures of the three of them, or one on their own, but none which displays the complete package and, er, I.  I’m pretty pleased with myself which is why I’m blatantly showing it off on the site.  I shall call it The Greatest Photo In Existence.

Amazing.

The picture with Ladyhawke turned out alright too.  Just sayin’.

New Zealand’s Ladyhawke.  More on her, the track itself (which is over a year old now,) its candidacy for song-of-the-year, and the singers connection to a certain Sydney band I love, coming on Monday.
